How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days domestically, while international shipping may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Does my jewellery come with a warranty?
Yes, all Fora Jewellery items are covered by a 12-month warranty that protects against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Absolutely. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's journey.
